Another piece of Logitech software that may need to be update is Logitech Control Center. Logitech Options is the latest software that works with MX Keys. If you are still having a problem then try downloading the latest Logitech software for MX Keys. So, I went ahead and updated the operating system to include upgrading the the latest OS (Monterey).
Sometimes the problem is as simple as updating the Operating System. If you still cannot get your Logitech MX Keys Keyboard to connect then restart the computer and try to connect again. In order to ensure that the device was charged I moved it to my Windows machine that will continually charge the device. One of the easiest things to overlook when troubleshooting is ensuring that the keyboard is sufficuentily charged.

Again, place the keyboard in discovery mode by selecting one of the three keys and holding it for three seconds. Connecting Using the USB Unifying Receiver Now let go of the button and hold the button until it is steady. You will know it is in discovery mode because the device will blink quickly. Hold that key for at least three seconds in order to place the device in discovery mode. All you have to do is to is pick one of the three keys that you want link the device too. The Logitech MX Keys is easy to pair using Bluetooth.
